Health & Wellness Coach - REGIONAL Travel

The Onsite Wellness Coach will manage and coordinate all aspects of the Allan Myers wellness program to be implemented and delivered at multiple job sites throughout designated territory. This role will skillfully manage each jobsite along with their unique schedule and needs. Daily travel is required within designated territory.

• Provide employees with general and program specific health education
• Attend, support and promote biometrics screenings
• Review and interpret employees’ medical history
• Outline and hold accountable behavior and lifestyle plans for employees
• Assist employees in their understanding of their health conditions
• Support mental wellness of employees by having knowledge of available resources/benefits
